Regulatory Status
Vista Advisers Limited is an independent financial planning and investment advisory firm regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (reference number C576851).
Vista is authorised as an investment intermediary under the Investment Intermediaries Act 1995 (as amended), to provide investment advice and to receive and transmit orders on behalf of clients in relation to listed shares and bonds, collective investment scheme instruments, tracker bonds and Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSAs).
Vista is also registered as an insurance intermediary under the European Union (Insurance Distribution) Regulations 2018 in respect of life assurance.
In carrying on its business, Vista is subject to the Central Bank’s Consumer Protection Code, the Minimum Competency Code and the Fitness and Probity Standards.

Our Services
Vista provides independent financial planning and investment advisory services to private clients, families, business owners and senior professionals.
The scope of services provided to each client is agreed individually and documented as part of the client engagement process.
Some of the services Vista provides — including elements of financial, tax and estate planning — are not regulated activities. Vista works alongside a client’s own tax advisers and solicitors where appropriate and does not provide legal or tax advice.
Independence
Vista provides advice on an independent basis.
Vista is remunerated by professional fees agreed directly with clients. Vista does not retain commission. Where any commission or other third-party payment arises in connection with a client’s arrangements, it is disclosed to the client and rebated or offset in full, in accordance with Vista’s Remuneration Disclosure Statement.
For life assurance, Vista provides advice on the basis of a fair and personal analysis of the market. Vista is not tied to any product provider, holds no shareholding in any product producer, and no product producer holds any shareholding in Vista.
Investor Compensation
Vista is a member of the investor compensation scheme established under the Investor Compensation Act 1998. The Act provides that compensation may be payable to eligible clients in certain circumstances where an authorised firm is unable to return money or investment instruments owed to them. Compensation is limited to 90% of the eligible amount of a client’s loss, or €20,000, whichever is the lesser.
